Qualtrics is web based software that allows the user to create surveys and generate reports without having any previous programming knowledge.

Qualtrics enables you to do surveys, feedback and polls using a variety of distribution means. Results can be viewed in reports and can be downloaded. Qualtrics allows you to share surveys and results as well as collaborating with other users.

Online Survey and Data Collection
Looking for an online survey and data collection tool? Give Qualtrics a try! Qualtrics is licensed for Buffalo State faculty, staff and students.
All enrolled students may log in to Qualtrics to create surveys. To publish surveys, students must work with a sponsoring faculty member or supervisor. Faculty supervisors must approve the survey content, data collection, and data dissemination methods.
