As a new faculty member, you will be assigned a Buffalo State username and default password. Faculty usernames typically consist of the first six letters of the individual’s last name, followed by the first and middle initials. For example, if your name is Johnny F. Appleseed your username would be APPLESJF.
The IT Support Desk will contact you with this information, and will walk you through accessing your accounts. If you haven’t been contacted yet, you can check on the status of your accounts by contacting the IT Help Desk.
Please Note Before you can access e-mail, and other campus systems, you must change your default password.
