The RITE support desk routinely receives calls from users who experience difficulty logging into the Time and Attendance system to fill out their time sheets.  The root cause of this problem is that the link they have bookmarked during training has changed – so users are presented with a login screen, but when they enter their username and password they get kicked back to the login screen. 

The fix is this:

First open a browser and go to

This should bring the user to the first of the SUNY secure login pages where one will be prompted to select their institution – in this case ‘Buffalo state’.  Be aware that if a user has gone through this and selected the ‘Remember me’ option – this screen may be bypassed and the next login screen may appear.

On the next page, users should enter their username and password.

Once these are entered – the self-service portal should come up and users can select the service they need.
