If you seem to be missing emails that you were expecting, the first place to check is your Junk Email folder. Some people have reported emails mistakenly being flagged as Junk Email after moving to Office 365. If you find emails that were classified incorrectly as junk, right-click on the message and select Junk > No Junk.
