Contacts are now called “People” in the latest versions of Outlook and Office 365. Follow the steps below to access People from Outlook on the web:

1.    Sign-in to Outlook on the web: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/buffalostate.edu 
2.    Click the App Launcher button in the upper left corner and select People.


3.    Expand the Your contacts folder, and then expand the Other contacts folder.
