The steps below explain how to review your quarantined messages in Barracuda, and deliver legitimate messages to your Outlook inbox. You will have until March 31, 2017 to review these messages.
1. Sign-in to your Barracuda account:   
2. Review the items in your Quarantined Inbox for legitimate messages.
3. If you find legitimate messages, you can deliver them to your Outlook inbox by selecting them from the list and clicking the Deliver button. Clicking the Whitelist button will have no effect.

Please Note: Any quarantined messages you choose to ‘deliver’ will be subjected to Microsoft’s spam rules while being delivered. Messages might not arrive immediately, and, once delivered, you may need to check your Junk Email and Clutter folders (if you don't see the message in your Inbox).
