All interlibrary loan procedures are handled online through ILLiad.
You must first set up an ILLiad account. (Create an Interlibrary Loan account)
Through your ILLiad account you will make online requests, track the status of your requests, and receive articles through electronic delivery when that format is available.
Please use the note field in your request for any other important information such as distance learner status, or if we own the material it but it is not available.
Note - the new Primo search platform (coming in June of 2019) will allow requesting to print books from other SUNY libraries. Look for the Resource Sharing link in record results:
Click on Resource Sharing and make sure that the item information is correct, then click on Send Request.
Check on the status of the request in your Library Card which can be accessed in the upper right hand corner of the Primo search.
