In order to comply with the Fair Use provision of the Copyright Law, Title 17 of the United States Code, the library can accept a single photocopy of a copyrighted work for one semester without written permission of the copyright holder. If additional copies are requested, and copyright permission is obtained, one copy per ten students can be put on reserve, with no more than three copies per item.
