If you are designing your own poster, please see the following question about templates so that you can download one. These serve as a guide for text size, colors, and layout.  When you are ready for us to print your poster, please fill out our online form.

If you need IT Graphics to design a poster for you, please get us your information at least 1-2 weeks in advance. We will need any images you want on your poster as single files (jpg, tiff, or eps files). Do not send them to us embedded in a Word or PowerPoint document.  The text for your poster should be in a Word doc or similar so that we can copy/paste it into your poster.  If you need high-resolution images, we do have access to high-resolution stock art at stock.adobe.com. Feel free to search for images there. If you find some you'd like to use, send us the image number that appears in the lightbox view.

If you need help organizing your poster ideas, feel free to email Kaylene Waite or call 716-878-6676 to make a consultation appointment.
