Reset your Banner PIN

If you forget your Banner PIN, you can create a new PIN by following these steps:

  1. Visit the student MyBuffState page.

  2. In the Toolbox on the left side click Banner.

  3. Click Self-Service Banner in the center of the page. 

  4. When the new window opens click Log in to Banner.

  5. In the User ID box, enter your Banner ID.

  6. Leave the PIN box blank and click Forget PIN?. 

  7. Enter the answer to your Security Question in the Answer box, and click Submit Answer.

  8. When prompted to reset your Banner PIN, enter your new PIN in both the New PIN and Re-enter new PIN boxes, and click Reset PIN.

Please Note Your new Banner PIN must be at least six letters/numbers long, and is case sensitive.
